User Dashboard and Shopping Cart Emerging Service Issue

Our server provider Linode is currently experiencing an issue affecting some of our main servers. So some of our servers may have intermittent downtime. They're checking this now. We will share additional updates as we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It seems Linode is back up again.

User Dashboard and Shopping Cart Network Interuption

Zaxaa Servers are down. We currently investigating the issue. We'll add more information in a moment.

After monitoring the servers, Zaxaa connectivity has been fully restored.

The connectivity issue on Zaxaa data center has been corrected. Zaxaa is up and running again. We currently monitoring this issue to ensure the connectivity remain stable.

Zaxaa is partially down but some may be able to access with slow connectivity. Our hosting company has identified the network issue and currently trying to restore normal connectivity.

Based on the report from Linode, our hosting company, there's been a connectivity issue with the Newark data center. Currently investigating it to find the source of the issue. We will continue to provide additional updates as this incident develops.

User Dashboard and Shopping Cart Major Outage on Our Servers

There's an issue with Zaxaa servers. We currently investigating and will fix it asap.

We are closing this incident after extended monitoring. All servers are operating normally.

Zaxaa is now up and running again. We're closely monitoring the servers right now.
