Our server provider Linode is currently experiencing an issue affecting some of our main servers. So some of our servers may have intermittent downtime. They're checking this now. We will share additional updates as we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

BEATS Mail Servers Service disruption on BEATS Mail System

We're currently investigating outage on our BEATS Mail System database servers. Some service disruptions should be expected. We will continue to post frequent updates to indicate investigation progress.

We are closing this incident after extended monitoring. All servers are operating normally.

Systems are operational and we are extending to monitor to ensure any abnormalities do not occur.

Our server provider has been able to restore connectivity issues. We'll continue to monitor the situation for any abnormalities.
