User Dashboard and Shopping Cart Emerging Service Issue

Our server provider Linode is currently experiencing an issue affecting some of our main servers. So some of our servers may have intermittent downtime. They're checking this now. We will share additional updates as we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Major Outage on Our Servers

Zaxaa servers are having connectivity issues because our server provider Linode is down. We're currently working with them to resolve.

The connectivity issues have been resolved by our providers and all Zaxaa servers are now operating normally again.
