Database Servers Synchronization Issues Sunday 28th April 2019 20:00:00


We experienced issues with some our database servers that weren't in sync which caused some of PayPal Adaptive recurring billings are charged multiple times. This issue has also caused Zaxaa Payment Notification (ZPN) services stopped working.

We've been able to fix the issue and are now working to refund the multiple charged recurring billings and resend ZPNs that were not sent. We are also still monitoring closely the database servers which have been fixed.

All database servers have been synced but we're still closely monitoring them.
