    User Dashboard and Shopping Cart Network Interuption

    Zaxaa Servers are down. We currently investigating the issue. We'll add more information in a moment.

  • After monitoring the servers, Zaxaa connectivity has been fully restored.

  • The connectivity issue on Zaxaa data center has been corrected. Zaxaa is up and running again. We currently monitoring this issue to ensure the connectivity remain stable.

  • Zaxaa is partially down but some may be able to access with slow connectivity. Our hosting company has identified the network issue and currently trying to restore normal connectivity.

  • Based on the report from Linode, our hosting company, there's been a connectivity issue with the Newark data center. Currently investigating it to find the source of the issue. We will continue to provide additional updates as this incident develops.
