After monitoring the servers, Zaxaa connectivity has been fully restored.
The connectivity issue on Zaxaa data center has been corrected. Zaxaa is up and running again. We currently monitoring this issue to ensure the connectivity remain stable.
Zaxaa is partially down but some may be able to access with slow connectivity. Our hosting company has identified the network issue and currently trying to restore normal connectivity.
Based on the report from Linode, our hosting company, there's been a connectivity issue with the Newark data center. Currently investigating it to find the source of the issue. We will continue to provide additional updates as this incident develops.
